Rewires
Full and partial, in houses and converted flats. We work a floor at a time and take care to protect plasterwork and cornices.

- Boards lifted and relaid, chases filled for your decorator
- Mains smoke and heat alarms
- Electrical Installation Certificate and Building Regulations notification
- About two weeks, with power on each evening
Fuse box upgrades
Old rewirable fuses out, a new consumer unit with RCD protection on every circuit in.

- A new metal consumer unit
- RCD protection on every circuit
- Testing of every circuit on the board
- Electrical Installation Certificate
- Building Regulations notification
EICR certificates
The five-yearly safety report landlords need, with any work it finds quoted in writing.
Included
- Inspection and testing of every circuit
- The full report, emailed to you
- Anything coded C1, C2 or FI, quoted in writing
EV chargers
Home chargers where the car can park off the street, on a circuit of their own.
Lighting
New circuits, pendants back on ceiling roses, outside lights for basements and areas.
Fault finding
Sockets that have stopped working, circuits that trip overnight and switches that no longer do what they should.
