Our bakery

Round, straight-sided or coiled. Each shape has a place at our counter.

Made for the middle

Cut the heel for a small crusty slice. The centre gives you a broad piece for dipping in soup.

What shape tells you

Each shape cuts or pulls apart differently.

Free-standing

A round spreads across its base. Its narrow ends give way to broad middle slices.

Held by a tin

A tin guides the loaf upwards. Its straight sides give you matching sandwich slices.

Folded or coiled

Croissants flake at the tips. Spiral buns unwind in one strip.

Taking lunch outside?

Pack rolls whole and split them when you stop for lunch.
