Two complete website subscriptions, with more writing and ongoing help in Plus. No minimum term. No VAT is added. Subscriptions include hosting and one domain up to £15/year. Email, domain costs above the allowance and approved paid licences are separate and agreed first.

Update requests do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, ongoing search-engine optimisation and emergency support are outside management scope; no guaranteed leads.

Agree the scope first

Your actual build: One business, brand and language. We agree pages, words, images and any tool before your deposit. Service and location variants count as pages. Privacy counts as a page, but its draft is outside the commercial word limit. Navigation, a page-not-found screen and a sitemap for search engines are included.
Personal attention in both packages: Direct email contact with the person building your site, words drafted from your facts and two rounds of feedback. Plus adds capacity, not a higher standard of care. Layouts for phones, tablets and desktops, initial page titles and descriptions, hosting setup (managed by us for subscriptions, in your account for outright builds), and checks for keyboard use, focus, contrast, labels, links and performance. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA; this is not a certification. Privacy copy is drafted from confirmed facts for your approval.
Compact sites welcome: Plus can be a three- or five-page site: use the extra writing, image support and edits you need. Unused initial scope is not credit for future additions; omitting a tool does not create a cash credit.
Optional Plus tool: One tool that runs in the visitor’s browser, with up to 8 fields and one result or email draft. We agree its rules and examples of expected results before work starts. It does not connect to other systems, create accounts, process bookings or payments, or give safety or diagnostic advice.
Search foundations included: Both packages include descriptive page titles, search descriptions and headings, clear service and service-area content, internal links, mobile-friendly layouts, appropriate image descriptions, performance checks and a sitemap. We check for accidental search-engine blocking before launch. This helps search engines understand your business; indexing, rankings and enquiries are not guaranteed. Ongoing SEO campaigns, reporting and Google Business Profile management are not included.
Enquiry drafts: Visitors send their own email; opening a draft is not proof of receipt. Forms that send messages automatically and connections to other systems are not included in our service.
Small website updates: One request covers one small set of related changes to existing content. Updating opening hours across the site counts as one request, as does changing an existing price list or replacing a few supplied gallery photos. Email us what needs changing; we confirm what is included and when it will be ready before starting. New pages, features, layout changes, extensive rewriting and image sourcing are quoted separately. Routine checks, backups and corrections to our own errors do not use your allowance.
Annual reviews: Reviews cover existing information and the contact journey; resulting changes use your normal update allowance. Unused reviews have no cash or credit value.

Third-party costs

Domain name: Both subscriptions cover one domain registration or annual renewal up to £15/year. It stays in your name. Any excess is agreed first. If you cancel, you keep the domain and take over future renewals. Outright builds and optional outright care do not include domain fees.
Hosting: Hosting for your agreed standalone website is included in both subscriptions and managed by us. Outright builds use your hosting account; any provider fees remain separate, including when you take optional care.
Email: Paid to your email provider, if you use one.
Licensed photos: Only if your site needs paid stock, and only after you agree the cost.

We agree any separately payable supplier costs before work starts and add no margin to them. Your order records the domain, renewal date and payment arrangements.

How payment works

Monthly: half the setup fee starts the work (£149.50 Essential / £199.50 Plus), and the other half is due on written sign-off. Monthly billing starts at launch, paid in advance at £69 / £99 for use of the website and the included management. There is no minimum term.

A subscription gives you use of the website while subscribed; it does not transfer ownership of the code or design. Your domain and the content you supply remain yours. Choose an outright build if you want transferable site files.

Cancel by email before your next billing date. Your site and management continue until the end of your paid period; then the subscription site goes offline and your licence to use our code and design ends. There is no cancellation fee or remaining build balance to pay. We do not normally refund part of an already-paid month; this does not affect any rights you have by law. The monthly rate stays the same after 12 paid months. Any later price change is communicated in advance with an option to leave.

Outright: Essential: £425 deposit and £425 on written sign-off. Plus: £725 deposit and £725 on written sign-off. Full payment is due before launch and transfer of the site files and copyright, subject to third-party licences. Optional management from launch costs £69 per month for Essential with 3 small update requests, or £99 for Plus with 6 small update requests. Both options include an annual review from launch: up to one hour for Essential or two hours for Plus. Optional management is paid monthly in advance; cancel by email before the next billing date.

We collect setup and outright-build payments through PayPal invoices. Monthly subscriptions are paid through PayPal from launch. We confirm scope, supplier costs and payment terms in writing before work starts.

Before launch, your deposit covers our work up to the point you cancel; if we have done less, we refund the difference. There is no commitment to future subscription months.

For missed payments, we contact you before suspending service. Subscription website use ends when the paid period ends. Stopping optional management for an outright build does not remove your ownership of the site.

Our concepts have 7 to 9 pages and include tools, so they demonstrate more than the Essential package. Your site can be smaller and still use the same design standards.
