1. Start with your customers

   We ask about your services, customers and how your business works before planning the pages. Your answers shape what we write, design and build.

2. Review the work as it develops

   We draft the words and design from your brief, explain our choices and work through your feedback in two review rounds. You approve the finished pages before launch.

3. Choose how you use your site

   Your domain, email accounts and supplied content stay yours. With a subscription, hosting and one domain up to £15/year are included. We retain the site code and design and manage hosting; the site goes offline when your paid period ends after cancellation. With an outright build, transferable files and copyright pass after full payment, subject to third-party licences.

4. Know what happens after launch

   Essential includes 3 small website update requests each month; Plus includes 6. Email us changes to existing wording, prices, hours or supplied photos. We confirm what is included and when it will be ready before starting. Requests do not roll over; routine maintenance and fixes to our own errors do not use the allowance. New pages and larger changes are quoted separately. From your 13th paid subscription month, an annual existing-site review is also included: up to one hour for Essential or two for Plus. Optional outright care includes the same request counts and the annual review from launch. See update examples and the full scope.
